Failed Delivery/Returned Packages/Damaged Boxes
Incorrect Shipping Address/Phone Number:
If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address and/or phone number provided, it will be returned to Cottonburg at the customer’s expense.
Receiver Absence During Delivery Attempts:
In the event of the receiver's absence during delivery attempts, your package will be held at a local FedEx center for pickup. Failure to collect the package for any reason will result in the package being returned to Cottonburg at the customer’s expense.
Damaged/Open Packages:
